The idea is to grasp as much potential of the natural environment left in the city of Wrocław as possible. While introducing luxurious apartments for specific range of tenants, the wide areas of green public spaces were maximized to maintain accessibility for all citizens on mentioned plot.

The leitmotif is water as the element which delimit the private space and public space. The shape of the building allows to inhabitants an easy access to the swimming pool.
